Love & Reciprocity

Don't treat me like I'm average! Everything about me lives and breathes God's excellence and anyone so inclined to shield themselves from that fact is at liberty to do so as long as I'm unable to bear witness to it. Average treatment much like neglect will not be tolerated. Any relationship I enter whether platonic or intimate has an aura of reciprocity that radiates from the foundation. Meaning I’ll treat them no less than what they deserve until I’m shown otherwise. I’m a woman free of many expectations however this is a requirement that must be upheld. I say this because oftentimes those closest to you begin to take for granted the elements of God you bring forth in their lives. Whether out of comfortability or disdain, either of the two is counterproductive to a long-lasting relationship. At the point where we no longer value who a person is according to our God-given purpose, we start to lose sight of the position they’re intended to serve in our lives. Once you’ve recognized the God in someone as it relates to their role in your life it is your innate duty to both nurture and love them towards their highest potential as they do the same for you. This reciprocation of energy is what life is all about. Unfortunately “the World’s” focus has been centered around an imaginary table filled with materialistic relics that neither add nor detract but give the illusion of a fulfilled table setting. As long as it feels good huh?

“If yeen talkin materials I don't wanna talk,” or whatever Dolph said. What about love? God has reiterated more than once that the greatest of these is “Love.” It seems to love someone else wholeheartedly is a task much too large for the collective. The world would much rather suffer with riches than be abundant in love. Temporary satisfaction, temporary relief, and temporary connections. With all the evidence pointing towards such a quick turn around you’d think people would migrate towards a longer-lasting approach but much like the convenience and destruction of AI technology, we’re way past that point. So again I say don't treat me like I'm average because the average human being couldn't begin to relate to the level of God in me! I've worked extremely hard on becoming the best version of myself and refuse to be underappreciated for my essence. Whether it be my love, creativity, intelligence, or willingness to compromise and communicate. With this, I've developed an understanding that first and foremost I must exude all of these elements of healing in order to attract them into my life. I'm a mutable sign however I’ll never revert to a space where I'm dimming my light to connect on someone else’s level. I've previously found myself stooping down far too often. A part of my growth has been attuned to recognizing when I'm not receiving the level of respect or appreciation I deserve or require and doing something about it. No longer are the days of waiting for anyone else to recognize my greatness. GOD DID!
